At Wanistore.pk / Wani Mobile and Computers, your satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure transparency, this policy outlines how returns, refunds, shipping, brand warranties, and repairs are handled.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused and in their original condition
    • In the original packaging (if applicable)
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Digital products and software
    • Gift cards
    • Personalized or customized products

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges & Replacements

  • Exchanges are only possible for products that are eligible and in stock.
  • Products damaged due to shipping will be repaired, not replaced.
  • Main products cannot be exchanged unless covered by brand warranty.
  • Charging devices, chargers, and accessories are not replaceable.

4. Brand Warranty

  • Products from branded manufacturers carry their official warranty.
  • Any warranty-related issues for branded products must be handled through the respective brand, not Wanistore.pk.

5. Repair Policy

  • For products under our warranty, we may repair the product if damaged.
  • If repair is not possible, replacement will be considered only if eligible.
  • Products repaired under warranty will be fixed, not replaced with a new product.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning items, unless the return is due to our error.
